Will your cleaners bring their own gear?
They will. Products, cloths, mops and vacuums all come with the crew, so you don’t need to keep cleaning supplies stocked at a condo or cabin you only use part of the year. Prefer a product of your own? Leave it out and let us know.
Is a one-off clean possible, or do I need a regular booking?
Both are fine. Owners often book a single clean before they come up for a long weekend or after a houseful of guests, while full-time residents tend to keep a regular slot. You can switch between the two whenever your plans change.
Is your team insured and bonded?
Yes, every Lemonade Maids cleaner is fully insured and bonded. That matters in a town where so many homes are second homes and the owner is often hours away when we arrive.
Can you clean my Whistler place while I’m away?
Many of our Whistler clients aren’t there when we clean. Tell us how you’d like us to get in, and mention anything about parking or reaching the home in winter, when you ask for a quote. We’ll confirm the arrangements before the first visit.
